Cajun Fries

Cajun Fries

TIME:  10 min


  • 12 potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

 For cajun spices:

  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder


  1. Wash potatoes well.  Utilizing the ICO Fry Cutter, cut the potatoes with the desired blade (small or large).
  2. TIP #1: Make sure the potato is about 3 inches long to fit in the cutter. 
  3. TIP #2: For a smooth pass through the cutter, cut a small piece off the ends of the potato so that both sides are flat.
  4. In a bowl mix all the spices. Place the cut fries on a baking pan, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle them with spices.
  5. Bake them in the oven at 350 F for 20 minutes.  Make sure to mix them a couple of times during the baking process. 
  6. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
