Cajun Fries

INGREDIENTS:
- 12 potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
For cajun spices:
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Wash potatoes well. Utilizing the ICO Fry Cutter, cut the potatoes with the desired blade (small or large).
- TIP #1: Make sure the potato is about 3 inches long to fit in the cutter.
- TIP #2: For a smooth pass through the cutter, cut a small piece off the ends of the potato so that both sides are flat.
- In a bowl mix all the spices. Place the cut fries on a baking pan, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle them with spices.
- Bake them in the oven at 350 F for 20 minutes. Make sure to mix them a couple of times during the baking process.
- Sprinkle with salt to taste.
